You may encounter some videos that take so long to start playing. Several reasons could be as follow:

• You are on a slow internet connection
• The server are busy due to heavy traffic
• The video is no longer available from the server
• The video could not be played on the internet browser that you are using

Should you find a video that does not load at all, please report it to us by clicking the report button on the video page that you are watching and let us know so we can check and fix it.

Sometimes videos that reside on certain server can't be played on microsoft internet explorer browser, we recommend to use firefox browser.
